After spending years during the '50's & '60's transporting lumber into Mansfield, OH from the South, Harold Chumbley Sr. decided to put his knowledge of the lumber industry to work, realizing his dream to own and operate a lumberyard. That was the beginning of Richland Lumber in 1961.His entire family became involved in the business, including his wife Jewell, and their seven children.
